Answer:	Yes, the cushion can be removed. It has Velcro on the bottom so it won;t slip. It is hard as a rock and sized for a child, quite small. Too bad because it looks good but we find it impossible to sit on it. Sorry to give you bad news.

Use Method:

First press the button after power on the pad, and it start to work at high temperature mode, red light is on and 100% voltage output, when you secondly press button, it turns to the middle temperature mode, orange light is on with 85% voltage output, it will turn to low temperature mode and turn on blue light once you press button again, outputting 70% voltage. It will turn off if you give a fourth pressing.



30min Timing Method: 

Pressing the button for 3 seconds when it is on, which means it start the 30min timing mode. And the temperature indicator will flash.

Answer:	I just tried to pull the chord from the pad and it separated from the triangle shaped connection plug at one corner of the heating pad. you may need to pull little harder by holding the triangle shaped item to avoid tearing out from the pad. Hope this helps.
