Question:	How long does it take to heat up
Answer:	Do not put it in the dryer. We hang ours dry now after drying one of them. The dryer ruins its waterproofing ability. We bought 5 of these. We used 3 of them and put them in the dryer and they no longer protected the mattress. Trust me...Just hang it dry.

Answer:	This mattress pad is not waterproof!!! We used right out of the package and did not wash first or dry. This pad FAILED!!! Ruined the mattress completely. Is this throw battery operated or do you have to plug it in

Answer:

The tag on the pad says it's made in China and gives laundering instructions.Which are basically wash in warm water with like colors, non chlorine bleach when needed and tumble dry on medium heat. I've had mine for a couple of months and they seem to wash up beautifully, however because of the heavy (PVC I think) lining you have to pull it out mid cycle and make sure that the outside fabric is facing outward so that it dries evenly. Hopefully this helps!

Question:	How do I get the blanket to work. We charged it and it is till not working
Answer:	I don't know how you can do that. I have a full bed and it fits perfictly. Does it come in twin size ? Then maybe you could. I have A mattress pad and fitted sheet over mine.

Answer:	I gave this as a gift so have not used it myself. However, when I asked the person using it she said that it makes a slight amount of noise when she turns. She said she doesn't notice it. She is pleased with the mattress pad.

Answer:	This is Paul, the owner of The Cozee. We looked at all of the ways we could heat the blanket. There are several “heating pad” type elements...they would have pushed our blanket cost sky high. Because we wanted to cover all of the 25 square foot area of the blanket, it would have bumped our retail to almost $700. Question:	Can I take this in my carry on when I travel by plane
Answer:	Yes you can! FAA rules allow Battery Packs that are less than 100 Watt Hours in size to be Carried On - 1 Cozee Battery Pack per Carry-On. The Cozee Battery Pack is 96.2 Watt Hours for that very reason :-)
