It may be a freak accident but ours burned up after only two days and am currently pending refund. It looked and worked amazing. Just iffy to purchase again due to not trusting it.

Question:	I plugged my blanket in and it shows F2.. how do I get it to work
Answer:	Thats hard to answer without seeing your issue - and I would hate to lie to you. I can say that I pulled the steamer out this last weekend and tried the "window" attachment for the first time, and steam cleaned the outside of the windows on my house. (We have so much pollen that it sticks to our windows). That worked like a charm! I just followed up the "steam" with a normal windex or vinegar cleaning. I did steam out the inside of my sliding glass door track and a few windows, and mildew I didnt know was in the tiny areas came right on out.
