Answer:	I am assuming you have checked the inflate/deflate valve. If all is OK there , inflate the pillow and hold it underwater in a tub to locate the leak. Notify Customer Service of the problem and the location of the leak. Seams or pinholes may be “fixed” with something like Flexseal spray. I have not had any issues with mine.
