Question:	How do you wash it
Answer:	With a doubt in my humble opinion.. Being a penetrant as opposed to a simple "coating of grease/oil,, it doesn't leave a thick layer upon which foreign debris can cling onto. Given that fact, I don't see how this product could in anyway have a detrimental effect on your cable.
Question:	I sleep in a recliner, all the way back. Head tilts to right so great neck pain. 1st one found flat in back!! Work for that? Thx
Answer:	I don't know about knives but I don't know why. I used it on a stuck ice dispenser on my freezer door and it worked fine. It's designed as a lubricant so how good a protectant it is, is not something I am able to evaluate.
Question:	What is the sellers return policy for this item
Answer:	this is refined mineral oil so it is safe for food surfaces, but i would still use it sparingly. it is primarily for reducing the friction between parts that rub together and may come into incidental contact with food

Question:	does the cover come off for washing
Answer:	No but if you have a newer type of washer and put it in a pillowcase cover (they have a zipper closure) to wash on a delicate cycle it will be fine. Over time washing will force beads to come through the fabric because of the high velocity spin...but if you use the zip pillowcase it won’t get the beads all in your washer..
Question:	Can it be a toy
Answer:	No...it is filled with tiny styrofoam beads. If it gets a hole in it a small child could choke or suffocate on the tiny styrofoam beads. I would NOT recommend it for small children or a toy. It's not very comfortable as a neck pillow either & im not sure why it got decent reviews. I would give it 1 1/2 stars & that's being generous. :/
Question:	is the exterior covering washable
Answer:	For anyone else who wants to know, while this is supposed to be spot cleaned, you can put it in a pillow case and safety pin it shut or use one of the fine mesh (like Woolite or Tide brands) lingerie bags. Wash it on gentle and then air dry it. I even wash kids' stuffed animals that way, and they come out like new. It WOULD be nice if it came with a slip cover, but it doesn't, so this is an alternative way to wash it and get it really clean.
Question:	Just got a few. What can I do to eliminate the chemical smell. It's keeping me from using them
Answer:	It is possible to wash them in a washing machine in warm water with a bunch of towels on top. You'll have to push the pillow under the water a few times throughout the cycle. I also run it thru an extra rinse cycle. Also a dryer sheet and the air dry cycle on your dryer. Just remember NO heat.

Answer:	I purchased a pink pillow and it came with an eye mask, ear plugs and a carrying case for the pillow.

Answer:	I have only used this for travel but it works great. I could see where just sitting at home and watching TV this would be very comfortable as well. You really can't go wrong with it.

Answer:	There is only the rope at the top of the travel bag. So no. What I did was to buy 3M Velcro tape. I attached one side to the travel bag and the other to the top of my carry onbag. When I put my carry on bag in the over head. I rip the bag from the Velcro and take my seat. Great neck pillow. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm not the inventor but I can say that this pillow is soft yet supports the neck. I don't think that it matters which position you chose to sleep.

Answer:	No lines! The extra layer of lace on the outside helps pull it back into shape. I've tried several nursing bras and always come back to this one. So supportive. And it's cute. Im about to replace it with the same bra again.

Answer:	I measured mine first from center top to bottom is 10 inches--the arms measure about 4 inches wide each--one side to other 12 inches--It took me a bit of time to get use to it as it is poystyrene foam, beads but I love it much more comfortable than I thought it would be.

Answer:	I am normally average and it fits me very well. Depending how much larger you are it still may fit since it’s very soft and comfortable and may have some room.

Answer:	12x7x4 inches when folded in half and packed into its travel bag. However, it can be packed smaller still if you twist the pillow instead of just folding it.

Answer:	It didn't for me. I thought it looked perfect--but I couldn't get my head comfortable and stationary.

Answer:	It does not fold up at all. I carry it over my shoulder or strapped around my carry-on bag. Its easy enough to keep track of in an airport, but if you were moving around a lot in cabs/buses/trains it may be cumbersome. Probably best suited for journeys where you are going from Home to someplace far away, where you can drop it until you need it for the return journey. Probably not the best for an every-day traveler making lots of short hops in and out of hotels.
Question:	I need this for a recliner so there is nothing to prop the pillow against. Do you feel the pressure/pull of the strap when you lean on the pillow
Answer:	Yes, you can tighten the strap and lean into it and it won't budge. It was great on a plane.
Question:	what does the strap attach to
Answer:	There are a couple of ways the strap is used: 1) The pillow has a button on both sides to connect the strap in a loop, allowing you to tuck the strap under your armpit and hold the pillow against your neck and cheek on the other side. This also allows it to be used as a shoulder strap when you are walking. 2) The strap also has a loop at the end so you can connect it to just one side of the pillow, run the strap behind your back and under your thigh, and then put your wrist through the loop. This will anchor the pillow and keep it in place when you fall asleep. Note that the strap is elastic and adjustable as well, so it is very versatile.

Answer:	I assume you're referring to sitting on it while spotting. You could probably do that depending on your weight, but obviously punctures due to terrain would be the biggest concern. You're probably better off with a thick high density foam pad

Answer:	I remove the valve cover and blow into it. It has a flap that helps prevent air from leaking out. It takes less than 10 breaths to fill it. To deflate it, remove the cover, use your finger to depress the flap, and squeeze the air out.

Question:	Will your head overheat wearing it
Answer:	Surprisingly my head didn't overheat. It has a very soft, warm feeling. Almost like your head is resting in someone's lap. The outside temperature is a factor. If your office/home is air conditioned... I reckon you won't have any problems with regards to temperature.. but because the pillow can not be machine washed & can only be dry cleaned... try not to wear it in humid weather or with a sweaty head. You may require to comb your hair afterwards if you have a problem with bed-head. I have curly hair so it doesn't matter for me :P

Question:	Can you go to sleep while driving your with this
Answer:	I have only used this for travel but it works great. I could see where just sitting at home and watching TV this would be very comfortable as well. You really can't go wrong with it.
Question:	Would the white memory foam be stained blue? Any odor
Answer:	There is only the rope at the top of the travel bag. So no. What I did was to buy 3M Velcro tape. I attached one side to the travel bag and the other to the top of my carry onbag. When I put my carry on bag in the over head. I rip the bag from the Velcro and take my seat. Great neck pillow. Hope this helps.
Question:	We have only had it six months, and already the zipper is broken. How do I get a new cover
Answer:	I'm not the inventor but I can say that this pillow is soft yet supports the neck. I don't think that it matters which position you chose to sleep.
