Answer:	I never used it with my mom in a recliner. But you could try it. I does fit nicely under the body when going from side-to-side and when the person is reclining. Answer:	Good question! You are well ahead of most people in thinking about this! You are right that there must be some pressure wherever the support touches. That’s why I designed The BackBone to lift without touching the sensitive / wounded spots. The weight has to go somewhere. The only way to remove all pressure is to float in space. By transferring pressure to the side near 30 degrees we move most of the pressure toward the opposite side. Most of your persons body weight is on the mattress and The BackBone is supporting a fraction of that weight. It actually gets even more complicated when you consider that the amount of pressure that is on the cushion depends on how well the cushion disperses immersion pressure. The less efficiently you provide dispersement and immersion, the greater the pressure on the body. This is why you can’t use a small and hard wedge for this. Answer:	??? Cover on the item I ordered and received was a nice washable poly cotton just as pictured. Not slippery at all. Sounds like they might of sent wrong product or version of product.
Question:	Where can you get additional covers
Answer:	I use two king size pillow cases, wrap them around pillow and pin two cases together. Works great, and you can take them off to wash when ever you need to. You can also take them to an upholstery shop and have a vinyl cover made that is a permanent cover. That’s what I did for pillow I gave a friend.

Answer:	I have this and like it BUT, since it is memory foam, it tends to be firmer in cooler weather. When our weather was warmer, it was softer. Now that our weather is becoming cooler, I've noticed the last few nights, it is much firmer. I actually removed it last night because it felt like it was digging in.
