Answer:	What I did to help with the smell was to dry it in the dryer with no heat for more than the 5 mins stated (actually about 40 total). Then 24 hours under the ceiling fan. That reduced the smell considerably to the point of useability. I’ve had mine for a few months now and they don’t have a smell anymore. Hope that helped and good luck!

Answer:	I am not sure which limbs are affected, but I cannot imagine it not being a wonderful purchase. With cancer in my spine and pelvis, it is a God send! Answer:	Yes. But depending on your dad's size. Have you tried foam wedges? Foam support to about 45 degrees then pillows for comfort. Just a thought. Staying in a recliner all the time is a concern for pressure ulcers.

The stuffing is real cotton. You cannot flatten this pillow!!! It springs right back. You will not be disappointed. My husband is a big man and this pillow is the same as when I first got them. When you take it out of the tight package it's in it will appear smaller but it will expand, in fact it is big and comfy. They head rest attaches by a button fasten which let's you minipulate position! Go for it!!!!

Answer:	I would say yes. You will be sitting at a 15-20 degree angle from upright but you will be virtually upright. Don't be concerned when it arrives severely compressed because it really expands when you follow directions. I am happy with mine. There is no headrest but I don't find that to be a problem.
