Flat Sheet: 92 X 102 - Mine after washing : 88-1/2 X 102. Fitted Sheet: 60 X 80. Did not measure mine. It fits our mattress with not much excess, but since there is elastic all the way around, it stays in place. Our mattress is about 10-1/2" deep. The flat sheet is plenty long to tuck in the end. The width could be a bit wider, but it's fine. I don't know if mine shrunk, or if it was just made that width. It is definitely not 92" wide now, which would be better. The length is correct. I love the sheets and would buy again. They are pricey, but worth it to me.
