Question:	Has anyone had any success using the D-core pillow for side sleeping? Are you suppose to turn the pillow vertically? Sides seem way too high
Answer:	I sleep on my side most of the night and it seemed too high at first for me too but my neck must have gotten used to it and now I don't notice which side of the pillow I sleep on (I flip it every night). I have slept with my head in the middle between the two sides and on each side. I can't sleep on any other kind of pillow without neck aches so this pillow is a life saver for me. I've never had a neck injury, I just noticed my neck being stiff all the time and cracking when I would drive. I don't have either of those things happening now.

Answer:	This is a fairly thick and firmer type of neck pillow. There are a lot of other fiber neck pillows on the market today where there is more give to the pillow. If you have a herniated disc, consider a traction pillow where the pillow will give your neck a gentle stretch as well when you are sleeping on your side or back. None of these pillow works well for stomach sleepers.
Question:	Anyone know the difference between a D-core and Tri-core pillow
Answer:	I actually wrote the company and asked them, and this is the answer I got from one of their customer service representatives : “Hello – The difference between the two would be the price.  The D-Core is a more economical version of the tri-core.  The Tri-core would most likely stand up lone han the D-core.” I Assume that she meant “longer than” the D-Core, But if the company sells a more expensive product, then normally they advertise the features and benefits of that “better” or more “long-lasting” product.

Question:	how long do they last
Answer:	Not sure how long they last yet. I've only had it for about a month. It seems to be very well made, and I expect it to last at least as long as a normal pillow. The fill is dense, and seems like it won't clump up as fast as a normal pillow.
Question:	I am a side-sleeper. Sometimes my ears hurt after a night of sleeping on them. Does the trapezoid indentation prevent this from happening
Answer:	The trapezoid indentation is so low, that I'm unable to place my head in the indentation without my head tilting in an awkward / downward angle. The instructions to the pillow indicate that the areas to the left and right of the indentation are used for side sleeping. I've found these areas are unusally firm and my ears become sensitive after several hours of sleeping on these areas. In addition, after 2 - 3 months of using the pillow I believe the "small" version might have been better for me (I'm 5'5" tall).

Answer:	Yes it does. I often find myself switching off sides I sleep on throughout the night because of it.

Answer:	For those saying their head slides back into the middle when sleeping on their side, perhaps they need the softer version or the smaller version of this pillow. I've had this pillow for 5 or so years now and am planning to replace it with the same. My chiropractor had these in his office and offered a free trial. It does take a little bit of adjustment/getting used to, but waking up with a blazing headache has practically ceased. I used to wake up with them two to three days per week and now if I'm unlucky, once per month. For me, this pillow has been a godsend.

Answer:	The pillow doesn't work well for side sleepers. The curve at the bottom of the pillow is a ridge that goes under your neck. Then your head basically sits in a padded cradle. This would not work well for side sleepers.

Answer:	NoThe answer is no, but I pump up the air in the lower chamber so my neck is curved right. The top lump is a soft one. The bottom one can adjust a lot in firmness based on how much air you add to chamber. Good luck! (Ps I love this pillow)

Answer:	Dimensions don't matter. This pillow is different from any other I've ever had. The'depression: that you see is a major part of the design. You face outward from each end as you roll onto your side, the back of your head fits in the depression when you are on your back: sizes don't matter. The air pump allows you to enlarge the section that is under your neck to suit yourself...exactly. There is no break in peroid with this new design. I highly recommend it.
Question:	So the air chamber is only in half of the pillow? pumping it up only pumps up one side
Answer:	The air chamber runs along the smaller side that you lay on. It's suppose to inflate all along the lower side to support your neck at the proper height depending on weather you are laying on your back or on your side. I just received a replacement for one of the two I just ordered and it wouldn't inflate at all until I removed the pump off the first pillow and replaced the pump on the newest pillow. Slept on it last night and all was well.

Question:	Can you put this pillow in a compression bag for traveling and it will go flat
Answer:	I’ve never used a compression bag but the pillow is just foam, so if anything made of foam would return to normal state, I assume this would too.
Question:	Are the two sides each a different firmness or are they both the same
Answer:	They are the same firmness. (But each side is a different size. One side is taller & wider than the other.)

Answer:	It is foam indeed, but the best pillow I have ever had. I have tried MANY foam pillows, but this one has two different heights which you can use by turning the pillow around. I have kept extras for several years now, and the price is right too.

Answer:	It has a cover but I still put another pillow case on it, we have a queen size bed and the standard pillow case fits fine over the pillow.

Question:	what is the size of the pillow, and does it come in different densities
Answer:	It measures approximately 22 inches long by 21 inches around. It does not look like it should because it is oblong, but I measured with a tape measure. No it only comes in the one density. It is way too big for my liking and very hard to maneuver to get comfortably under my neck.

Answer:	yes it is genuine ... my first one lasted me 12-15 years and is money well spent

Answer:	Thank you for your question. We looked at the MFG website Core Products and only found one product with the Jackson name, but it didn't include the Cervipillo in the name. According to Google the Jackson Cervipillo can be found with a company called North Coast. From what we can see the size is the same as well as what inside (quality fiber fill). This product is not made of memory foam.

Question:	What are adjustable lobes? What fiber is in the pillow
Answer:	Material: not listed on product. It seems like polyester fiber. The lobes do not move separate from the pillow, but you change entire pillow position for comfort. When sleeping flat, put lobes up for better comfort. When sitting, I keep them resting on my shoulders so the pillow provides support back and sides. Very comfortable. I use it every day, especially riding in a car to support my neck.
Question:	Is this better than the travel pillows you usually see at the airport
Answer:	I haven't been in an airport in 15 years, so I don't know what they sell. The travel core fiber pillow is recommended by my chiropractor and it's very comfortable. I sleep with it because I don't like pillows.

Answer:	You would have to get a pillowcase for this. I just use a regular pillow case.

Answer:	The travel pillow is much less dense. I'm a bit dissapointed with it and end up supplementing if I want to sleep on my side. Very light neck support of you are a back sleeper.

Answer:	I’m not familiar with the Brooks pillow. I found the travel pillow too thick. The neck area on the travel TriCore pillow is definitely higher than the neck area on the TriCore pillow. (Medium, firm) that came with it. I’m thinking it might work as a car neck pillow, but not for sleeping in a bed. I am 5‘3“, 120 pounds.
