Answer:	Beware that the pillows being shipped now are **considerably** lighter than the original ones from several years ago (the one I bought a few years ago is 4 pounds; the one I just bought is 2.4 pounds (2 pounds 6 ounces) ). Also note that this answer is for the standard pillow (not the gusseted one), but I imagine that if foam weight suffered for one type of pillow, it may have suffered across the board.

If it is to cool for you flip it over. .. because only one side is the really cool side. Question:	What is size of bag when pillow is in it
Answer:	Check your orders for return info.
Question:	can I lay on it like a mattress pad
Answer:	I put it out side to air out and put in the dryer on low with a dryer sheet and the smell is gone after a couple of days. It was awful when I first got it but fine now.
Question:	Can you wash the whole pillow in a washing machine
Answer:	I don’t think it will. There’s little stuffing in it you can fluff up pretty easy. I just give mine a little shake when I feel it needs to be fluffed

Answer:	I had been having lots of neck pain, and that all stopped ever since I found this memory foam pillow. The shredded memory foam pillow matches the natural curves of my body.
