Answer:	I fluffed my pillow when I got it, and re-fluff it occasionally, the way the mfr. suggests - just squishing it in on itself all over. Answer:	They are not firm. They claimed medium firm but when we put our heads on them they sunk down into the pillow and the pillow wrapped around our faces. We returned them immediately. Very disappointed.

Answer:	Just placing the pillow in the dryer for 10 to 20 minutes on a high heat setting will revitalize the pillow and fluff it back up. Keep in mind that there is a certain amount of extra air inflation that occurs temporarily after the pillow is put into the dryer, but as the air escapes from the billions of foam cells, it will reduce in height and come back to the normal intended overall thickness.

Answer:	If it's still within the 30 days of purchase ask for a refund. When I bought mine it came with holes at the seams and the bed was a refurbished model and not brand new as advertised.

Answer:	It takes 3-4 minutes to inflate the bed depending on the size. To deflate without the pump it can take around 10 minutes, 4-5 minutes with the pump.
