Answer:	I just ordered these towels for my guest bath. Hope they are absorbent.I see some reviews say they are not. Does everyone know you do not use fabric softener on towels. It makes fabric not absorbent. PS This is why Queen Elizabeth has her towels ironed. They know not to use fabric softener, thus, have to iron them! I don't iron mine of course but all my towels are absorbent.

Answer:	They are soft. I've washed them several times and they still feel nice. They aren't as soft as the spa brand ones, but that should be expected given their affordable price.

Answer:	Yes very absorbant and I had no lint after 1-2washes. Also you should always wash any fabric whether it be clothes, towels, bed sheets before using because of the chemicals, Urea formaldehyde, that's used to set in the dyes/color to the fabric. These dyes can cause severe skin reactions for people similar to a poison ivy rash or less severe reactions like dry, itchy inflamed patches of skin. Also It is possible to transfer lice, scabies, bacteria, and fungus from one person to another person especially if it's clothes because most have been touched or tried on. Stores & Dressing rooms can become breeding grounds from everything from bacteria, viruses to athlete's foot.

To make sure that your towels stay fresh, you need to wash and dry them properly. Proper washing and drying are going to make sure that they stay dry for a longer time. Follow the instructions below while washing your towels:

- Before you start using your towels, it is advised to wash them to remove the excessive lint that is left over during the manufacturing process. In order to decrease the risk of color bleeding use half the amount of detergent that you would normally use along with ½ to 1 cup of white vinegar (about 120-240 mL).

- Wash towels separately from all other items of clothing as it will decrease the transfer of towel lint to other clothing.

- Use warm water to wash towels in order to avoid color bleeding.

- Always use a mild detergent when washing towels.

- Do not use fabric softeners as they decrease the life and fluffiness of your towel by breaking down the fabric.

- Do not use bleach at any stage of washing and drying.

Drying Instructions

Before drying your towels, toss them lightly to make sure that the fibers on the surface of the towels stay fluffy. After that, follow the instructions below to dry your towels:

- If you are using a dryer, use the high heat setting. Be careful though, you should not over-dry the towels. You should remove the towels from the dryer when they are 95% to 97% percent dry.

- Hang them up afterward in an area with good air flow. If towels are damp, you should never hang them over one another.

- Dry the towels immediately after washing them. You can rotate and turn over your towels periodically to ensure an even dry.

- It is best to dry your towels in direct sunlight. Do not use an iron on these towels.

Answer:	That is EXACTLY what I use these for. I have been using them for years. I bought ONE roll of paper towels 7 years ago for rare spills that would ruin one of these cloths. I still have that roll of paper towels. As an aside, I also bought a bidet and a second set of these cloths I use exclusively for drying off. I haven't bought any toilet paper for YEARS. So...I have a set for bidet drying, a set for "napkins" type use, and a set for messy cleanups. Buy a 60 pack for 24 bucks and you can stop buying all those paper products. These pay for themselves in 1-2 months and last for years.

Answer:	I keep a stack in a bin next to my kitchen sink to reduce my reliance on paper towels. I use them to dry my dishes, wipe my hands after washing and wipe down any spills. They’re small enough that you can use them once and not feel bad but thick enough to absorb a lot of moisture.
