Answer:	There is a rest button above the USB charging port. You will need to use a paper clip/pin to press and hold it for 5 seconds. The speaker will reset/shutdown. Once that happens, turn the speaker back on and you will be good to go.

Answer:	Hi Sandra! The answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!! Read my review and you will see in detail what my experience is! I read reviews that said they sloughed off in the washer like 3 times and had a lot of lint in the dryer. All I can tell you is that after the first wash, there was NO string or residue in the washer and the lint filter in the dryer was an even bigger surprise--hardly any at all!!! They came out of the dryer all big and fluffy--gorgeous white towels! The quality is evident in the look of them. I bought two for myself and two to give as gifts (all are being monogrammed now!!) for 2 friends I am meeting in Rome in February 2014. Answer:	I just ordered these towels for my guest bath. Hope they are absorbent.I see some reviews say they are not. Does everyone know you do not use fabric softener on towels. It makes fabric not absorbent. PS This is why Queen Elizabeth has her towels ironed. They know not to use fabric softener, thus, have to iron them! I don't iron mine of course but all my towels are absorbent.

Question:	I was thinking about buying these in place of paper towels for cleaning and random spills around the house. Would they work well for this
Answer:	Absolutely, but if you have a sewing machine I would recommend going a step further and getting their Kitchen Bar Mops towels. They come in a pack of 12 and are 16"x19"; cutting them into quarters and hemming the two raw edges (nothing fancy; I just used a basic zig-zag stitch) yields 48 towels roughly 7"x9" that are EXACTLY the right size and absorbency and take up less space than these washcloth sized ones, which we found were more fabric than needed for many of the random household uses. We use about 4 a day (informal napkins, hot pads, etc. as well as cleaning) and keep them in an attractive basket. Like others have mentioned, our paper towel usage has dropped to almost zero.
