Question:	Is the "platinum" color more grey or more taupe (brown)? I don't do brown
Answer:	My cat was urinating on our carpet for a while before I realized it. I actually had a rug on top of the carpet and she urinated on the rug which soaked through. I tried cleaning both the rug and carpet with the regular Bissell formula with large Bissell carpet shampoo machine. I spent several hours shampooing. It smelled worse after cleaning but I think I pulled up older urine from underneath the carpet and “exposed” it. I ordered the Bissell pet formula and went to work again. I threw the upper rug away and just concentrated on the carpet. I first used vinegar to neutralize the urine (not recommended for the machine) then used the Bissel pet formula with the oxy boost add in formula. I spent 5-6 hours shampooing a 10x12 room multiple times and the results were amazing. The room smells so fresh and clean now. I followed up with one of the pet urine enzyme sprays for urine. Now if I can just get her to stop peeing.
Question:	I am considering the Platinum set.....is it a stone, taupe or gray color
Answer:	i can’t find a difference in the description of the delux and the ION with extended run time except that one is pink and one is real.

Question:	I bought these (12) towels, which are listed as 100% cotton and white. Curious as to why they are marked on the label not to bleach
Answer:	You can't clean a whole floor but i used mine on the carpet right in front of the door and it picked up a good amount of dirt trapped, though I wouldn't use it like that primarily
