Answer:	I applied mine to a tile wall. The tiles, themselves, are flat with grout grooves in between. They are holding very well - can't budge them. I would imagine that they would hold very well even if your tiles have some amount of texture. The adhesive strips have some give to adapt to a bit of uneven surface. I hope this helps.
Question:	Is the adhesive strip easy to remove
Answer:	Absolutely NOT easy to remove. I have been working on removing 2 of them from the shower tile wall and it's taken over an hour, GooGone (the hairdryer is not a great method b/c it's so hot you either burn your hand or remove the dryer and it cools off. I had to use straight-edge blades (I've gone through a few), scraping the top more plastic surface, then multiple times to remove the adhesive THICK residue that is left behind. These racks are great if you do not plan to ever remove them OR if you are willing to spend the time to remove them = this will take a LONG time.
