Answer:	I am currently using other brands liquid soap and dish washing liquids in there. no issues.

Answer:	If you aren't adding water it will work as long as it is used multiple times a day. It's when soap sits in the unit it starts to dry out and thicken causing the pump to clog or struggle to dispense. It will eventually damage the pump motor. As for "Method"... It's a line of cleaning products are designed to be environmentally / pet friendly. They have hand soaps both normal and foaming, soap for use to cleaning dishes (like dawn) laundry detergent, spray cleaner (like windex but has fragrance that doesn't smell like windex) I like pink grapefruit (clean smelling without being obtrusive) and other items. Target is the local store I can normally find their items.

Question:	Are the dispensers glass? or plastic
Answer:	I looked on the website and it does not tell exactly what type of clear material it is. It is like a very high end durable clear plastic. According to the website everything is durable, long-lasting materials that won't rust or discolor. They use the best materials and solid engineering so their products will last for years. This item has a 5-year warranty. So if anything goes wrong with the item in 5 years you can get a replacement. It is the best thing that I have bought in a long time. I mainly bought it because it was stainless steel. Past things that I bought for my shower was always made of chrome and chrome does rust. By the time I bought all the chrome stuff and threw it away, I had probably already spent what the wall mount pumps cost.
Question:	How do I purchase replacement adhesive strips
Answer:	Your best bet is to contact the seller or purchase a similar type of adhesive else where. That is a good question though.
Question:	How do I remove this product from the shower wall? We just bought home with this attached to the wall and I would like to remove it. Thank you
Answer:	Mine was attached to ceramic tile. Remove each dispenser. Then the outer plate will pop off of the plate glued to the wall. But don't force it. If the silicone glue ended up so both plates are glued together, just leave them glued together. I took a large putty knife (about 8" to 10" wide and about 4" tall; it also had a plastic handle) and slowly inserted the knife between the back plate and the wall. You will need to slide it in gently, but because the putty knife is thin, it will separate the glue from the plate (or from the wall). Go slow. start working from one side and when you run out of putty knife from on angle, start sliding around the edges until you have the whole putty knife inserted behind the back plate. should take about 10 minutes or less. Just be careful not to force anything. It's a plastic plate.

Answer:	Hi M. John, my unit is around 28 to 29". I just measured, you can adjust from 26 to 27".
Question:	Can this be used for a thick lotion, such as a cream? (Cerave moisturizing cream is what I am thinking
Answer:	I tried for a year to make this work because of how much I spent on it and finally gave up today -- for a couple of reasons. You have to have smooth tiles for it to stick to with the suction cup otherwise it's all over the place. We use the large bottles of shampoo that have a pump and it's not stable enough for that. Also, we have a handheld shower with the hose and the bar that goes down the middle doesn't work with where the hose is.
Question:	How wide is the base of this in inches? I have about 3.25" of real estate to work with. Thank you
Answer:	yes it will clamp, I have installed two and they really nice to have in the shower. if you choose the larger style would will need to have the tub/shower as it is very large.
Question:	Any advice on getting this thing open for the first time? Tried some of the advice below, but nothing works
Answer:	The diameter of the clamp opening is 3/4 inch. The rubber around it is hard. I had to measure the circumference of my shower rod to figure out the diameter. Wrap a strip of paper or tape around the rod, mark where the two ends meet, and measure the strip or tape flat. Divide the circumference by pi (a calculator helps). 2.5 inch circumference ÷ 3.142 (pi) = 0.795 diameter (roughly 3/4 inch). It should fit. But the hook has to be completely closed around the rod, before the screw can be tightened. I didn’t have the strength, but my grown son managed to do it. It’s a very snug and secure fit. I hope this helps someone.

Answer:	It is pretty water proof. Also, remember it is powered by four AAA batteries. I anticipate even if submerged the worst you would likely have to do is take out and discard the batters, leave it out to dry for several days and then put in new batteries. I would not expect even submersion to permanently destroy the device.

Answer:	My experience has been that this unit, a AAA battery unit, is simply not meant for high traffic areas. I am in the process of replacing it with a Secura dispenser which utilizes AA batteries. It’s a bigger unit and better suited to kitchens etc where you get some pretty high usage. Good luck. I usually get through about half of the soap reservoir before requiring new batteries.

Answer:	It is difficult to answer that question directly. I can tell you that I use a couple of these dispensers for antibacterial hand soap, which is fairly viscous. They work quite well in that capacity.

Answer:	The screen protector does not go all the way to the screen edge... it stays about 1/16 of an inch from the edge, and if properly centered, remains at this distance all the way around the screen.

Quote from XClear: "The halo effect being a result of dust or debris was the most common occurrence from our technical team's investigations from returns we had received from our products over a period of time." The truth: XClear has not designed a screen protector to properly fit the SE and yet they continue to market it for this phone.

NOTE: Press Power On then Press +/-button to adjust the volume circulariy.

There are 3 levels of the soap volume.

Indicator flashing once equals to level 1. Flashing twice equals to lever 2. Flashing three times equals to level 3.

1.Install the 4 AAA batteries.(Batteries are not included)

2.Unlock the top cover Gently pull cover to remove.

3.Pour soap into the dispenser.

Answer:	I had approximately 32 or 33 regular cupcakes on 3 tiers. I used the top tier for a flower arrangement. I would guess it would probably hold a minimum of 72-80 mini cupcakes using all the tiers.
