Question:	What should I use to write on the tag? I'm afraid marker will bleed or get messed up when water and soap drip on it
Answer:	I discarded the tag because I keep dish soap in it and its next to my kitchen sink so no confusion about the contents. If I were to use the tag then ball point pen won't run or bleed.

Answer:	I don't for sure, but I think it will work. It's a hand pump, and the tube is a little bit wide. I haven't ever had it clog, and would think that would be true for just about any consistency soap or lotion you could use.

Answer:	It is difficult to answer that question directly. I can tell you that I use a couple of these dispensers for antibacterial hand soap, which is fairly viscous. They work quite well in that capacity.

Question:	It appears this product doesn’t keep the sponge dry. Does it just sit in its own moisture at all times and make the sponge smell bad faster
Answer:	I think it depends on how you use it: If you push down, get a little soap on it, use it, & just set it back, it has soap, bubbles, & water all over. If you push down, get a little soap, use it, then squeeze it out b4 you put it back, don’t rinse OUT the soap, but wring it out b4 you put it back, it seems to dry a little faster and keeps the leftover soap in it... all u have to do is rewet it to ‘reactivate’ the soap... seems to work better than just putting it back sloppy. I like it so far...

Answer:	Yes, mine came with an extra pump head. Unfortunately, the pump head that came in the dispenser leaked immediately. The second pump head that was enclosed has been working well, but I have no back up now....

Answer:	yES. It does squirt DEPENDING on THE liquid UsED. (My computer is unstable). The nose is too long AND IT TAKES Two hANDS to use iT. Then it drips onto your sink. I prefer bottles with a shorter nose so that one hand can press it and catch the liquid. Otherwise, the design is beautiful.

Answer:	BPA Free. The tube inside is made of polyethylene (PE: a strong light plastic used to make bags, sheets for covering food, small containers etc, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.)

Answer:	i don't think so. I never tried it with the soap coz i returned mine. The top doesn't fit properly with the bottle

Answer:	There is no way to know this. However, the pump takes two hands to work. This is a design flaw. You must pump with one hand while you put the other hand under the nose. The bottle design is pretty, but the pump is a headache.

Answer:	Liquid soap is great, i also had one for hand sanitizer but it dripped. Great product over all

Answer:	I think maybe not. I started with a thin soap and it worked great. My refill is a thicker hand soap and it requires extra push to get it out. Enough that I am a little concerned that it may be too much pressure. The pumice soaps I have used were thick. If yours isn’t very thick I don’t think it will mind the pumice.
Question:	Can you put simply alcohol in this
Answer:	You can put any soap in this Pure alcohol will run through. I use antibacterial soap. This is a great product. I have it next to my kitchen sink.

Question:	Dumb question but has this slipped into a sink & gotten wet? Not like went underwater, exactly but how waterproof have people found it to be
Answer:	It is pretty water proof. Also, remember it is powered by four AAA batteries. I anticipate even if submerged the worst you would likely have to do is take out and discard the batters, leave it out to dry for several days and then put in new batteries. I would not expect even submersion to permanently destroy the device.

Answer:	My experience has been that this unit, a AAA battery unit, is simply not meant for high traffic areas. I am in the process of replacing it with a Secura dispenser which utilizes AA batteries. It’s a bigger unit and better suited to kitchens etc where you get some pretty high usage. Good luck. I usually get through about half of the soap reservoir before requiring new batteries.
