Answer:	You may need to prime it. The instructions give step by step instructions, but basically just block the dispenser hole with a fingertip, and while you're doing that push the pump button several times. Then see if it works for you.

Answer:	Make sure that straw is placed completely in place & that straw isnt too long so pushing too much on bottom of jar. Depending on which size jar you use you may have to cut straw down. Question:	Can u Use with essential oils
Answer:	I wouldn't think so. The ones I have are 1/2 to 1 pint jar lids with soap-type dispensers. Thin liquids wouldn't dispense well.

Answer:	If you go to the website where you ordered, and go through the links, most questions are answered. Mine said bpa free.
Question:	How can I reach seller? 1 pump works great, the other not at all. The air compartment fills with soapy water with every pump
Answer:	I am having the same problem.
Question:	HELP!! I want to love this but the soap isn’t coming out foamy, I feel like it’s trying to foam but still comes out like normal soap
Answer:	Liquid soap needs to be diluted with water to be able to foam, I recommend 1/3 soap to 2/3 water and mix. From here you can add more or less. Less soap will give thinner foam, while more soap will give a thicker foam. If you notice any foaming soap you buy in the store is very thin and the first ingredient is water. You will need to flush out as much soap as you can from the pump to get it to work. Hope this helps!

Answer:	These towels are 550 GSM.
Question:	Can you change the pump for a spray head to use for cleaner
Answer:	They are very absorbent. I don't have a shedding issue. We don't use softener when we wash them. Softeners decrease the absobability of any towel.They are also very durable. I would buy them again.
