Answer:	The piece of equipment i use to do dips has a stair on it. When im done i rest the plate on the step. While the weight is on the step i unhook the plate and rest it up against the equipment. When you disconnect the nylon strap from the belt, leave the cqrabiner connected to the belt. Open the carabiner and disconnect the nylon strap that way.

Answer:	Good morning! I washed our towels in hot water with Tide and Snuggle liquid softener. Make sure you don't use too much detergent and just half of the softener. Dry them on medium with fabric sheets and you should end up with a nice fluffy towel. The more you use them and wash them the softer they will become. Mine took a couple of washes. Good luck!!!
