Question:	How well does this mat wear? I can imagine the wear areas would be around the upper edges. Anyone know how long until wear spots appear? Thank you
Answer:	We usually apply it about once a month. I will add that the product does a better job, lasts and looks better if you follow the application instructions on the bottle.
Question:	Do these mats get moldy since they get wet all the time
Answer:	Good question! We have several extra plastic unopened bottles so I went and looked at them. I could not find a listed expiration date anywhere on the bottle. There is a warning about not using the product if the aluminum seal has been broken but I have to believe that pertains to a new shipment or delivery of the BONA Polish. There are a couple of alphanumeric inked stamps on the lower part of the plastic container but I couldn't relate any of them to an expiration date. Hope this helps.
Question:	Laundering instructions
Answer:	I don't know if the product provides any type of urethane protection however if applied as per the instructions it really makes our "engineered" wood floor look good. Typically the shine / finish lasts about a month (even in high traffic areas) before an additional treatment is needed.

Answer:	it didn't say on the bottle one way or the other. it sure makes the floor shine beautifully. i absolutely love it.

Answer:	Sometimes a PO box cannot be shipped to in certain areas. Other times items have to be shipped to a drop location. Hope that helps out.

Answer:	They are not memory foam- they have more of a rubber backing and are pretty flexible.
Question:	Why does this advertise machine washable, and yet I just received the bath rug, and the tag on it, says spot clean only
Answer:	If you need to wash it. Used the cycle that says hand washing, hang to dry. Maybe the size of the rug could be too heavy for the machine when wet either way spot cleaning is almost like hand washing the area. Then hang to dry. I hope this help you
