Question:	How does it do on feet? Lower legs
Answer:	I use it on my feet, in a reflexology manner, for plantar fasciitis; as well as on my legs in an effort to break up fibrotic tissue (I have Lipedema, and have lots of fibrotic tissue that can limit mobility). That is primarily what I purchased this massager for, and so far I find it is pretty helpful in those areas.
Question:	Does the deep tissue massager loose power if you put a lot of pressure behind it
Answer:	It is a pretty powerful massager, but I would imagine if you submitted it to enough resistance it would slow down. I haven't ever put a lot of force/pressure on it, because there is no reason to. The pulsing motion goes pretty deep with only a firm pressure; therefore, I cannot envision any advantage of putting alot of pressure on it. This is not a milk toast vibrator, but instead does go deep into the tissues. Hope this response helps.

Answer:	I would like to be able to answer your question but after combing through the directions, and the box all I could come up with was the stamped information on the massager itself that states 120v 60hz and 17W. I'm assuming the 17W may be the wattage. I wouldn't doubt it because this massager has very little power to do much at all. In my opinion, it was a complete waste of money. Good luck.

To Whom it May Concern, As your supplier of the Wahl 2-Speed Massager (4120-200, 4120-217) and/or Wahl 2-Speed Massager with Heat (4196-500, 4196-517), we are notifying you of a potential production problem that has been identified and that we are addressing immediately. The four units that are listed above were manufactured after May 2003 and could potentially have a defect. The units may develop a crack in the cord insulation where it exits out of the strain relief. This crack in the cord insulation may expose live conductors resulting in a possible electric shock and injury to the user. Therefore, Wahl Clipper Corporation is doing a voluntary product recall in conjunction with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on this issue. Any inventory at your stores or distribution should be returned to Wahl for rework and replacement effective immediately. We are also requesting a list of customers who have purchased these massagers after May 2003. We plan to send the customer a letter regarding the voluntary recall, which will ask them to return their current massager to Wahl for rework.

Manufacturer Remedy Information

As product is returned, Wahl will replace the power cord on all units with a black replacement cord (current cord color is white) and return units to the locations specified by the customer. The black cord will be a distinct indication that the unit has been reworked and is correct. If possible, we would appreciate an accounting of unsold inventory at all stores and distribution centers sent to us at your earliest convenience, so we can expedite the replacement of your inventory as quickly as possible. Answer:	The old one I had is Model 4120-600.

Answer:	There is only one heat attachment. It is the red plastic & metal attachment. All other attachments are non heating. The 4196-1201’s heat head can reach 115 degrees Fahrenheit in 5-6 minutes..
Question:	How do I change attachments
Answer:	You just pull the attachment and it will come off and then replace it with another attachment by pushing another onto the massager. I like to turn mine till it comes off. Then kind of turn to replace it.
Question:	Would the heat attachment work on tennis elbow
Answer:	The heat dissipates quickly, I would try something that you could regulate the heat. I think this would be a disappointment.

Answer:	The Pro has more power. The power cord is thicker, so there is probably a bigger coil.
Question:	does this product have a strong intensity when placed on the area needing stimulation. Or does it lose intensity when it makes contact with the specific area
Answer:	The vibration is not that intense. Plus, the device has two power settings. The lowest setting is very subtle, and I hardly use it. Also, the different attachments provide different sensations. Between the power settings and the attachments, you should be able to find a nice relaxing mode.
Question:	Is this a vibrating massager or a percussion massager
Answer:	Vibrating. This was used on me at a salon and I wanted one but they were out so I bought mine here. They suggested that it's easier to use over a thin piece of clothing but I found it to be better used on bare skin. I have severe back pain (3 spine surgeries) and this does wonders in helping to relieve the kinked up muscles I get and helps me to fall asleep. Hope I've helped!

Answer:	No. Just a constant vibration with a setting that makes it stronger.

Answer:	I would not use it as a scalp massager. As the name says it is for deep tissue and would be too powerful and possibly painful if used on your scalp. The attachments are made of hard plastic and I would think a massager with soft rubber attachments would be a better choice.
