Question:	How many uses are the electrode pads good for
Answer:	Clean the area of your body that you will be applying the electrodes to with an alcohol wipe. Make sure the area is dry. Also always clean the plastic oval saver, liberally, before returning your electrode for storage. Of course, always make sure your hands are very clean & free of any lotion. I have used this method continuously & have actually gotten many years of use out of my electrodes. I can't function without my multiple tens units on frequent days. This is the best one that I have found & is so affordable.
Question:	Why does this company have so many different models for basically the same functions? If you visit their website it seems like too many models

Answer:	I’m a diabetic and have had no issues with using it. Chiropractor recommended it for home use in helping with knee and back pain.

Answer:	I feel confident that the warranty is in effect while you are alive. The only limitation on the warranty is length of time you purchased. Example: 1 year warranty, 2 year warranty, and so on. Answer:	I had the same concern prior to purchase, and I don't have the info you are looking for, but thought it might be helpful to tell you that it is surprisingly intense. I use it to treat a painful lower back (SI) joint injury. Using one of the two leads (2 pads) I usually set it at 3 out of 10. Sometimes go to 4 but it gets uncomfortable after a while. When I use both leads (4 pads) it takes more juice to get the same intensity, but I have never used it above 7- too intense for even a tough lower back. Hope that is helpful.

Answer:	No but you can do it manually however every time you do it the intensity goes back to low which can be frustrating but it is a safety measure but can be quickly adjusted. I love it. My 85 year old mother has one and I do. Company is also good at responding quickly. Great customer support.
