Answer:	Connect the plug-in on the side and the other end in the electrical outlet. It will light up for a few seconds and then it goes off. Take the hand control and find the on/off button. Click. Then go to the top of the control and select the mode (1-25) They offer various pulses-- I try different ones and can feel some better than others. Then find the Sole A button-- this determines the intensity of the pulse-- the norm is around 40 but I find I need much higher on some of the modes. The time is the same- 25 minutes with automatic shutoff. The arrows on the control indicate higher and lower. I have never used the body part. Hope this helps.
