Answer:	Mine turns on for 3 seconds, no lights on the controls, then turns itself off. I sent it back but I'm ordering another one hoping it will work. Its the only machine that will massage calves and and potentially arms so, I'm crossing my fingers!

Answer:	Yes, we just plugged it in, pushed and held in the red power button for few seconds, and the unit turned on. The same for turning the unit off, you must hold the button in for a few seconds.

Answer:	I dont think so this is made for either you sitting down and putting your feet in it or the back of your calves but not standing on the unit I dont think it will support the weight.

Answer:	Not sure. If it does I didn’t know. All I do know is this is the best foot massage machine ever. I have 2 bad feet. Getting surgery in January on other foot. But when you first use it it feels like your gonna break every bone in foot. But you don’t. It’s a deep massage and you can control where you want it to target. Best thing ever. But heat I didn’t know about. I just wanted the massage part

Answer:	I am having this issue right now. Did you ever fix it? I just got into contact with the company, they're sending me a replacement, but however I have to do a lot of work on my end to get it. Frustrating.
