Question:	Is the middle part where the massage nodes are flexible? Can it be bent to fit different sized bodies or it is one solid piece that can't be moved
Answer:	Yes, the quality was great. It was better than I had hoped it would be. I will be ordering more.
Question:	What is the voltage of the power adaptor
Answer:	Yup! My husband has a pretty big face and he was able to wear it. If you have a small face I would twist the part you hook to your ear once and this will make that part shorter (essentially you are making the shape 8) and hooking it to your ear.
Question:	Is the heat temperature adjustable on this and does it get pretty warm
Answer:	These masks have a thin twist tie that is bendable to securely cover the nose. I have purchased 3 boxes of these masks and find them very comfortable and easy to fit.
Question:	Can I use it without heating mode during summers or does it automatically heat when turned on
Answer:	Yes it is. They do not hurt your ears. There is ton of soft stretch to the ear loops. I don't have issues with my glasses fogging up like I have other brands. All my staff have started ordering this face mask after seeing me wearing them daily with no issues of my ears hurting and I can breath easily with this mask.
