One can adjust the internsity of the massage by fast or slow, add heat, and for the neck change the direction of the rotation of the massage, The seat also have heat and vibration capabilities which can also be adjustable. Speaking of adjustable the neck massager can also be adjusted for someone short or tall. I combined this massager with a Giantex Shiatsu Foot Massager and use it first think every morning and before bed time. I love it! HIGHLY RECOMEND these products!
