As the bottle is opened, the seal is suctioned up with the lid. If you're listening for it, you can hear a slight pop of the suction breaking when opening your bottle. Since this may not be noticeable for many customers, it is a cause for concern! Know that we are working on fixing this issue! Working with large glass bottles was new for us, and we didn't anticipate this particular issue. It has been a learning curve! For future runs, we are adding an additional outer safety seal to the product so people can feel safer about their product, but unfortunately, we must go through the inventory (that doesn't have the 2nd seal) before we can get some of that inventory in.
