Answer:	I’ve not tried this. I charge ours during the day and it stays charged through the night and typically for a few nights, depending on which setting you use. I’ve noticed that with one that changes colors, like the smooth setting, I have to charge it sooner, but when it’s just a solid color, the charge last a bit longer. Ours is only used at night. Even if they use it during the day for a bit and turn it off, the charge holds for a few nights. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I've been wearing these probably for 2 or more years now (I have a bad back and helps a lot) Well from the very first pair I bought and just bought a pair today I have taken the ankle strap right off the shoe. YUP and 99.9 % of the time I'm wearing them I'm wearing them with NO SOCKKS and have never ever had a problem falling out of the or anything like that. As for half size I wear 8-8 and a half I got a 9 then went to a 10 (ALL WOMENS SIZE) Today I got a women's size 11 and I know I will be taking off the strap of those too If I'm not "swimming" in the 11 and have to return them with the ankle straps attached BUT if they fit ok off the starps will come OH AND SOMETHING YOU CAN DO TOO to see if they work for you without the strap on. Just put the strap on the top of the top of the shoe don't have to bother taking the strap off just try that instead I forgot I did that with my very first pair and after wearing them like that for awhile realized I could take the straps right off the shoe and have ever since. Answer:	I will start by saying that this is a very very gentle cleanse product. Even the full 10 days is not a harsh cleanse at all. I have used many cleanse products and that is how I know this is a very gentle one to use. In response to your question about doing 5 days of it and saving 5 days for later, I think that you would lose the full effectiveness of the cleanse if you do that. It is set up so that you take a certain number of capsules for the first 8 days and then less for the last 2 days. So, if you did 5 days and then wanted to do another 5 days later, you would have less of the capsules to use for the second cleanse. There, of course, is no reason that you couldn't save it and do that, but I think you would lose the effectiveness of the cleanse each time since this is such a gentle cleanse. I do this cleanse for 10 days every 3 months, that is how gentle it is. It does not disrupt my schedule at all when I use it. I just factor it into my day and go about my regular schedule. By the way, in case you don't know, this cleanse consists of herbal capsules that you take in the evening, a probiotic pearl that you take anytime each day, and a lemon flavored fiber packet that you can drink at anytime in the day.
