Question:	There is no product label that shows the exact ingredients in this product. What herbs etc. are in this product
Answer:	You can just use it one time. Yes. I find that it usually works better TWO days after...rather than the day after...I usually have the bowel movement the 2nd day. I hope that helps. I take it right before bedtime also.
Question:	Is this product caffeine free
Answer:	Cleanse more has replaced Constipation Stop. They do the same thing, although a couple of ingredients have changed. I tried both and both work, although Constipation stop seemed to work quicker. Either way, both work.
Question:	can this be used for only one time or it has to be used continuously once started
Answer:	I don’t see what you’re asking about, but I’ve complained about the new design. Whoever changed this does not understand the customer base. Very annoying. I muscle tested to see if the product would work for me. Have used it for years, no negative effects. I do not like the new labels, too small font.
