Answer:	I switched to Now because Famil-e uses Gamma E, and I can't take that. Besides, now Vitamin E is really good. In any case, I don't know where FAmil-e E is made - why don't you just look on the bottle or call up the company?

Answer:	I don't have any bottles that say 60 IU of E. I know the one with Gamma E is too strong for me - it causes cysts and tumors to grow, but I don't use that. I use Sun-E 400, and I take 1600 IU a day. You have to take quite a bit of vitamin E if it's to do any good. That said, you shouldn't exceed 2000 IU, and the Gamma E seems to stimulate the production of Estrogen, which I don't need.

Answer:	It says under "Other ingredients" Soybean oil. I'll make a wild guess that soybean oil comes from soybeans, therefore it contains soy. Now, does it contain a lot of soy, no. The gelcap is not very large. Does it contain soy protein (the allergenic part), probably not. If you are exceedingly sensitive to soy it might be a problem. For most people it won't be enough to notice.

Question:	Has anyone tried the Jarrows "Bone Up" Supplement which includes MK-7? Does anyone see a reason to buy that over this
Answer:	While I have not and would not use the "Bone Up" formula, neither would I recommend purchasing Jarrow's MK-7. The "Bone-Up" formula not only has a small amount of MK-7, but the calcium source is not really very good and you have to take from 3-9 (depending on the formula) capsules/tablets a day. My personal commendation would be to get a good Calcium/D3 combo that provides at least 1,000 mg/IUs that you take 1 tablet once or twice a day. I use a Citracal formula, but you need to look for calcium citrate or calcium carbonate as they are more easily absorbed. If you want to take MK-7, you should know that it is important the manufacturer uses a quality "carrier" oil such as olive oil. The Jarrow brand uses evening primrose oil and soybean oil, which do not bind with MK-7 sufficiently. I'm speaking from experience. When I first started using MK-7, I used the Nutrigold brand. It was out of stock when I needed to re-order, so I ordered the Jarrow brand. I noticed the difference within a week. I now use Life Extension's Super K formula. Both the Nutrigold and Life Extension use olive oil as the carrier, both are currently in stock, and you take only one capsule daily.I'm sorry my answer is so long, but I believe in clarifying the reasons I have for saying yes or no on a product. Answer:	I'd say the jury's out on that question. Some online articles say it will degrade over time if not kept in the refrigerator, and cite other website's which say the same thing. But they don't cite the specific studies verifying this statement. It won't hurt to keep it in the refrigerator, so I'd recommend doing so to be on the safe side. I keep it in a bin in the fridge along with my coq10, ubiquinol, probiotics, astaxanthin, fish and krill oil, and phosphatidylserine (PS) , all of which do last longer if refrigerated.

Answer:	This is my only vitamin that smells really bad. I agree with the other reviews on this page. The smell is not like the vitamin B smell. It is potent and made me nauseous the first few times I took it. I've learned to hold my breath before I take them now. I'm not overly sensitive to smell nor am I picky (I take roughly 20 vitamins and herbs a day) but the bad smell review you are hearing from everyone on this thread is accurate.

Answer:	I don't really know if it will help with hair growth. I don't have that problem but my daughter has hair issues and was in need of some good vitamins. After I started on them and had success I started my husband who was struggling with some issues and I could tell a difference in him in a week or two. I started her on them and she never misses a day without them. They have helped her hair but it wasn't all the answer. We are still searching for that but I think it will continue to improve as she has only been on them for a couple of months. I have tried a lot of vitamins in my lifetime and never found one as good as this one. For my family anyway.

Answer:	B12 is poorly absorbed. If you take about 500mcg / day, you might absorb only 10mcg of that depending on your levels of Intrinsic Factor. You should read the National Institute of Health guidelines on b12 intake. There's also a belief by many health professionals that the 2.4mcg/day limit is too low. The FDA guidelines are 6mcg/day.
