Best to speak to your doctor, because it is hard to find a B-complex that doesn't use folic acid. I use this because it has (mostly) the best forms of each B vitamin. It is also tested and approved by ConsumerLabs. |

The newer 2 ounce bottle has only 58 servings in it and you have to take 1ml to get 2,000 IU. I didn't realize it at first but when I did, I figured it must be cutting into their profits if it takes too long to use a bottle, so they cut the number of servings and added another ounce of something to make you think you are getting a bigger bottle. I was disappointed too. |

There is another design of pill boxes, where you press a lever and the compartment opens up. But this pill box is less expensive and is an improved design. |
