This is plain old vitamin C, in the form of Ascorbic Acid.Those who are wondering how much comes out of urine... I just got done watching Paulus Lining, 95, who made taking mega doses of Vitamin C popular, said that he took 10 grams of Vitamin C per day and only 1.5grams came out through urine, which he personally measured. Answer:	It does not have any effect on colored hair; actually with the chlorine being neutralized, the water does not strip the skin or hair- prolonging your dye job.

I didn't buy, came home, and am not researching. It seems they offer a sugar-free version, which I don't want. I agree with another responder who said that sorbitol is listed on both the regular and the sugar free. But be careful. I am looking for the box that does NOT say 'sugar free' on the front.
