Seems to be that the Super B is 6 Xs more potent for B1 Thiamin and 2 Xs for B2 Riboflavin. B3 Niacin, B5 Panthenic Acid, B6, B7 Biotin, B12and Folic Acid all run about 50% less potent in the Super B vitamins.
