Take the pill and coat it with a small bit of olive oil, butter, margarine between your fingers. It will slide down so fast and easy, you won't taste it. I use this for my vitamins (a/k/a the size of horse pills sometimes) and they go down easily. I am a person that can only take one pill at a time, and this works for me. Good luck to you.

Kirkland brand is owned by Costco and is notoriously low quality and NatureMade isn't much better as it is grocery store economy brand owned by Otsuka Pharmaceutical. Answer:	I don't believe I had the A1c evaluation. The Blood Sugar support was prescribed by my Naturopath because my blood sugar levels were marginal and it lowered the blood sugar levels. I went off it for a year and the blood sugar levels went back up. She decided it made sense to take the supplement because it did not make sense to risk type 2 diabetes. My friend does have type 2 diabetes and all he said to me was " the stuff really works". That is all I know. My naturopath is Dr Rene Young in Los Gatos California. She has a website which I believe is Young Wellness Center but you can google her. Honestly she is a brilliant doctor, I highly recommend you contact her.

Answer:	Like most supplements of this nature you need to take it for 2-3 weeks for it to build in your system. It isn’t instant and it doesn’t act like a pain reliever. It addresses the root cause of things such as headache/migraine. Start off with smaller dosage, too, as it can thin the blood. I began noticing spider veins on my cheeks and around my eyes after doing high intensity workouts when taking the higher dosing (since it acts as a vasodilator) I backed off dosage and that improved.
