The risk is some expensive (25 cents per day) urine vs sub-optimal health. We live not from dust-to-dust but from baby diaper-to-adult diaper, from eager-to-learn as a baby to dementia as old man. Any form of vitamin is better than none at all. The so-call natural vitamin is better and also much expensive. A orange has about 88 mg of vitamin C and cost 100 cents. I buy bulk vitamin C at 3 cents per 1000 mg. I take 1000 to 2000 mg per day and never catch a cold since and also lower my blood pressure. Given a limited budget to invest in healthy living in the long run, do what you can, as often as you can, and cover all your basis. |
