However, I have been taking this for a couple years now to reduce inflammation in my shoulders. Had had cortisone shots that helped for just a few weeks. After taking 2 tablets a day along with some glucosomine (without chondroiton) after a month, my pain was cut in half. After 3 months it was completely gone and I have full range of motion in both shoulders. This is so much better than being on ibuprofen to try to relieve the pain which hardly worked. My suggestion, quickly swallow the capsule and get rid of the pain. It is worth it. It worked so well, I have recommended it to some of my friends as well as my doctor. |
