Answer:	Yes. It works great for me. I have never been "regular" that I can remember. I starting taking 200 mg every night, and I am finally "going" every day, and sometimes multiple times! I do take calcium w/ magnesium in the morning, but apparently that was not quite enough. With this added 200 mg, it seems to be the right amount for me.

Answer:	It does not appear to. Ingredient list reveals vegitable sources and coatings but no mention of anything dairy. It does state its manufactured in a GMP facility that does produce items containg dairy, but this particular product does not.
Question:	Does it help to sleep better
Answer:	They are ridiculously huge. I almost choked many times. I literally was afraid I could die taking these. They are effective, but I am finding something else because they are way too big. Cutting them in half does not work, as the rough end can then cut your throat on the way down. This is the biggest pill I've ever seen. This is in reference to the 200 mg. I will be trying either the capsules, soft gel or another brand next because these are way too big.

Answer:	The Mesh is in between the floats but If your child cant swim than this is not the float for him....Its a great raft for adults and children that are at least immediate swimmers.

Answer:	They are permanent. I love this float. It is awesome to have a face to face conversation with an adult comfortably. I actually got on it one morning and laid diagonally on it and fell asleep on it without getting wet at all. It really is Queen size. If you get on it from the ladder of your pool, you actually can get on it without getting water on it at all. My kid knows when that float comes out it is adult time in the pool and they have to get out. Hope this helps.
Question:	I don't see this mentioning "free of soy" - any idea if this product has soy in it
Answer:	NO! Do NOT tie it to one of the pillows. My daughter did that, and a light wind tore a silver dollar sized hole in the float where the pillow is mounted to the float. It was far from a heavy wind............until then, my wife and daughter both enjoyed it.

Question:	Mfg: why are the rda's so high on most of the vitamins; thiamin, for instance? and, are any of the vitamins synthetic, or do they start out synthetic
Answer:	I personally am not too concerned with RDA's on vitamins and minerals that are water-soluble (thiamine), as our body will just take what it needs and any excess will pass in the urine. We must also factor in that each person's nutritional needs are individual and unique according to their diets, emotions, lifestyle, etc.. That being said, some vitamins are synthetic based and some are others are derived from whole foods. I eat as much of an organic whole food diet as I can, which to me is more important than supplements. Even so, we can still be lacking in vitamins and minerals due to genetics, inadequately absorbing issues, stress and the quality of the foods we eat, including organic foods. Therefore, I choose to take whole food based supplements whenever possible to help supplement my diet. The body recognizes whole food based supplements as food. It's just a personal preference for me.
