Answer:	We have not changed the formula, but we have recently changed how we list it on the label. The most current label is always represented on our website http://www.gaiaherbs.com/products/detail/81/Thyroid-Support. Since bladderwrack is often harvested interchangeably with other brown seaweed species, we could not verify that every batch contained 100% bladderwrack. Since all of the brown seaweeds are used interchangeably, it is more accurate to list it as brown seaweed. You will also notice with this newer label that the serving size in the supplement facts is now 2 capsules, since we are required by the FDA to list the largest serving taken at one time, but the suggested use is still 3 capsules daily. The iodine content has also moved to the top of the label under calories, even thought the iodine in this product still comes from the seaweeds. The iodine is now listed in micrograms rather than mg. Answer:	Hi Augustina, For me, I started feeling better within 2-3 days of taking Thyroid Support. Don't know what your symptoms are, but I was having night sweats and hot flashes, and plan tiredness, and other than adding TS to my diet, my symptoms went away and I feel great. Since everyone's body is different, it may take a bit longer for some, I'd say give it a chance though. Hope it works for you. Good luck.

Answer:	I have definitely had a problem with sleeping at night when I take it later in the day or especially in the evening. Sometimes I will skip a dose because I think it interferes with my sleep. I love it though, makes me feel amazing!

Answer:	Levothyroxine is the actual hormone that is needed if you have an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) which is why you need a prescription to get it. Supplements do not have the hormone in it, it's illegal to get hormones without a prescription.

Answer:	Typically, the thyroid becomes sluggish due to a lack of minerals nutrients etc. Then doctors prescribe T3 and T4 medication that make up for the lack of hormones. That also regulates the remaining hormones that are produced. This products does not include hormones, it helps the thyroid produce the levels of hormones you need. Then lots of people don't need extra T3 and T4.

It has iodine that helps the thyroid's function, plus other supplements. The thyroid is a complex gland and does many complex functions, which one is regulate your metabolism. If you are on any prescription medications to treat hypothyroidism or any other prescriptions, I would check with your provider if this is first a good choice for you and second if any of the ingredients in this supplement will not interfere with any prescriptions that you might be taking.

Answer:	The only thing that will help with thyroid symptoms would be to adjust your Rx, however, this supplement seems to have given me increased energy midday when I seem to need it!. I have, and always will, trust anything from MegaFood. You may want to try their One Daily that also seems to help. Question:	How long did it take for some of you to notice a difference
