Answer:	Start out with a 1/2 tbsp in whatever you drink in the morning & wait a little while & do another 1/2 tbsp into your drink gradually increasing to 2 tbsp. That's what I did. Hope this helps

Answer:	The “best by date” means that, after a specified date, the product may no longer taste or perform at it's best but can still be used or consumed. So essentially, it’s a quality indicator, but the item would still be safe to drink after the date had passed.

Answer:	I buy 2 bottles at a time and I place them upside down on the shelf and when I put them in the refrigerator. When I shake them if I feel there is a glob in there, I will take a wooden skewer and put it in the bottle and try to stir it up. So far with keeping the bottle upside down it seems to work.
