Answer:	Since I have not traveled abroad in a while, I cannot truely answer your question. I will assume that if you buy a converter as my daughters have, it might work. I will tell you that mine is still working and working well and I have no problem with the item, but I am using it in the US. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, this will hold binders. However, it will not hold them so that the spines would all be lined up to read from the front or back of the cart. The regular size binders do not fit in the direction the picture shows the books in the cart. They have to be turned sideways.
Question:	Is this gluten and wheat free
Answer:	Honestly, I don't think I even put those in my unit because they were going to hinder our use for it. I believe once they're in, to remove them you have to some "taking apart" as opposed to simple slide in/slide out, which is why we chose to not go with them at all. Hope that helps.
Question:	How many days will the 8 oz. jar last for a 15 lb dog
Answer:	Partitions are 8x11 inches. 6 on each shelf. They are installed with screws, so you could probably change the configuration. Overall, the cart works great for us.

Question:	How big are these capsules
Answer:	The middle shelf is 13 inches tall; the bottom shelf is 12.5 inches. This is a sturdy rolling rack and the big wheels have brakes. My husband uses this all the time with his crossword "reference library." We bought a similar one several years ago that had much smaller wheels and not as sturdy. (Can't remember the brand.) We've had this for more than a year and I expect it to last for a long time.
Question:	Why no prebiotic
Answer:	30" (width of interior, not counting sides which would add another 2-3") x 44" (height with wheels from the floor to top of the handle) x11.5" (depth from the interior, not from the side which would add another inch 1-2"). This cart is a pain in the butt to assemble. The holes aren't fitted right. I just screwed some in until they wouldn't go any further. I would recommend buying one that's already assembled and you'd only need to add the wheels.
