When I watched him change the battery; he gripped the bottom half (tightly) with one hand, and with the other hand, held the top half and pulled. The bottom portion holding the batteries separated. Once you’ve replaced the batteries; line up the top half of the on/off switch to the nitch on the bottom half. You’ll see the on/off switch fits nicely into the opening on the bottom half. And Away You Go- I think the first time you change the batteries the pieces fit really snug.... I couldn’t do it! LoL! It does get a little easier once you’ve opened it a few times. I didn't realize they had to be refrigerated after opening & have been using them for 18 months - I keep them (with all my other supplements) in a large sealed plastic container - at mazimum room temp of 64F. Never had a problem. They still work! No bloating & no gas! No problem. They will probably stay fresher in the frig - will keep them there from now on (next to my morning veggie juice so I don't forget to take them) & check the labels on my other supplements for proper storage. Thanks for the heads up!!! |

I only take one of these a day and I have wheat sensitivities. So far I have not noticed any negative affects. As an alternative look at Nature's Bounty Probiotic 10, which has soy but no wheat ingredients. |
