First I tried a regime of taking raw garlic for 7 days. After only a few days my Blood pressure dropped considerably(140/70 down to 121/60). But keep in mind I also started taking a fish oil and a Turmeric supplement. I also stay fit 7 days a week with cardio 5 days a week. Downside to eating raw garlic. No one wanted to be around me! And eating raw garlic daily was brutal! I tried letting it sit and coating it in raw honey, Still brutal! To achieve the aforementioned with a supplement like this product It took 4 months of it daily. So a product can contain Allicin but the amount is small. When you crush a clove of garlic, that immediate odor is Allicin. Unfortunately, Allicin is unstable and it dissipates rapidly. Try researching products that contain “Stabilized Allicin.” Additionally, a better question about these products would be. Where are they made, produced, sourced?? Answer:	Friend I have not tried to use charcoal to clean my face. 70% alcohol and a cotton ball has been my preference. But if you find the temptation overwhelming mix contents of capsule with water sparingly. Only use enough water to make a fluid mud. Then apply to the area you wish to cover. Use as many capsules as needed to lightly cover the area. NOTICE: be prepared to scrub to remove the mud. it is not a normal mask, and does not peel off in one piece. Hope this helps.

Answer:	No, i do not believe so. Proton inhibitors are very strong medications.

Answer:	It contains dextrose, which is a sweetener that is chemically identical to glucose. A dose of two dime-sized chewable tablets contains 2g of sugar. I believe, after a fair amount of research, I purchased these because of the lower sugar per dose. They are not overly sweet-tasting. Hope this helps.
