Question:	Is this a digestive enzyme, as well
Answer:	A good question, because the label lists the ingredients in the' prebiotic fiber blend' (the five clean, organic ingredients mentioned in the answer from Kelly J Evans below), BUT the package does not give a definitive list of ALL ingredients. I'd like to see a list of ALL ingredients, especially because these types of products often have some sort of rice bran or dextrin from wheat or corn, all of which is important for us to know is in there.
Question:	Has anyone had success with this product for the treatment of fibroids
Answer:	Yes, I have used it in place of psyllium in recipes and it works well, however, the final product will have more of a soft texture and be less gummy compared to psyllium. If you just mean using it in regular recipes, I think you could safely use a small amount (a couple of Tbsp) in your recipe without detecting it and without having a change in flavor or texture.

The confusing part about it though is that there are several enzyme within the ingredient list that are also used in digestive enzyme formulations. That is because many enzymes can be used for both. But typically, Natokinase, Seaprose S and other select enzymes are most effective inside the body system rather than in the digestive tract. So, ProOneZyme keeps the capsule intact through the empty stomach until it reaches the intestinal tract where it then dissolves and enters and is used most efficiently by the the body. However, If you take with food, it may dissolve and some of the components may be used as a digestive enzyme, but other enzymes may not survive the stomach acids. Most often, digestive enzymes cost less than systemic enzymes.

Answer:	I take it in a strange way. This capsule and many others have the potential to break down if you take it orally. I break open the capsules and add a little warm water. Answer:	It is not wheat. The description says no wheat or gluten in this product. I've been taking this product for months and I'm celiac. If there was wheat derived stearate in this I'd probably be lying in a gutter somewhere by now.

Answer:	Hi Amy, Thanks for the question. Rather than mixing the powder into water, we recommend pouring the powder out of the capsules and placing the powder directly on your tongue. Then drink a glass of water, swishing the water around in your mouth to help flush the enzymes, then swallow. If you put the powder into a glass of water, the powder will likely bead up and some may stick to the side of the glass while drinking. This could reduce the amount of enzymes you're getting. The powder does not have a bad taste, so you should be good in that area. The effectiveness of the product is the same regardless of how the product is taken as long as the stomach is empty and you allow 1 hour or more before your next meal. I hope that helps!
