Answer:	I have used coQ 10 for years. Sometimes the pills are stuck together. I tap the bottle on the counter and they separate from one another. Most of the time there is a little envelope of stuff that keeps the pills dry. If no envelope, they will stick together. If the pills are stored in hot warehouse, or kept in a truck on hot days, this could change the color and maybe the chemical composition. If they are discolored or deteriorated, I would not take them and return them. Be sure to check expiration date.

Given that one way to get collagen for oneself is to boil animal parts with these elements to get the broth, and that bouillon cubes are another source, I would guess that you'd be perfectly safe to add them to hot beverages and soups. Gelatin is the cooked form, but avoid products intended for things like jello, as they have additional ingredients. In trying to research collagen, there are various types, but 1, 2, and 3 are the ones mostly found in humans. Search online for "collagen types".

Answer:	There are different sizes in the quanties. I was buying the 30 which had 40 softgels and the pharmacy had two others one was 75 and the largest of 120.. Now I will get them from Amazon.

(again completely different ingredients which confuses consumers), and returned liquid form right away, after discovering juice sugar in it. The 300x more absorption on one box, not the other - again confusing. We are sticking with MEGA! Will research further for another brand as do not like the 3 different versions and methods of advertising, plus running tv ads now.
