He says that "Collagen is the primary protein in connective tissue found in tendons, ligaments, bone, cartilage, and skin." It's also found in fascia, he says. Given that one way to get collagen for oneself is to boil animal parts with these elements to get the broth, and that bouillon cubes are another source, I would guess that you'd be perfectly safe to add them to hot beverages and soups. Gelatin is the cooked form, but avoid products intended for things like jello, as they have additional ingredients. In trying to research collagen, there are various types, but 1, 2, and 3 are the ones mostly found in humans. Search online for "collagen types".

Answer:	I have used coQ 10 for years. Sometimes the pills are stuck together. I tap the bottle on the counter and they separate from one another. Most of the time there is a little envelope of stuff that keeps the pills dry. If no envelope, they will stick together. If the pills are stored in hot warehouse, or kept in a truck on hot days, this could change the color and maybe the chemical composition. If they are discolored or deteriorated, I would not take them and return them. Be sure to check expiration date.
