Answer:	My friend, I am not aware that this formula lists the pterostilbene percentage; it lists only the mg, which is 50 mg. From clinical studies that I've read, pterostilbene is considered generally safe up to 250 mg daily. 50 mg is reported to be a "low dose." I would check with a doctor or nutritionist prior to taking an increased amount, just to be safe.

Question:	What color are your capsules
Answer:	It works for me without black pepper. My doctor prescribed this for Addison’s Disease (type of adrenal insufficiency). I take one at night and it helps me fall asleep faster and more sound. I don’t get up as much in the middle of the night. I’ve also been feeling much much better since taking one a night. Waking up more rested in the mornings. I tried other brands in the past but this one is the one that really worked for me. All that said, I do not think black pepper is needed for it to work.
