Answer:	You may take the product by itself. You do not need to take it together (at the exact same time) with Vitamin D. However, Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means it is best absorbed with taken with a meal. Also, Vitamin D3 is required by the body to properly utilize Vitamin K2. It is possible that Vitamin A plays a key role in K2 metabolism as well. Both Vitamins A and D3 are stored in the body for very long periods of time, so if you have adequate levels of both D3 and A from sun exposure and diet, your body will tap into the stored D3 for its K2 metabolism.

It is free from copper, as it is far more common to be deficient in Zinc than copper. Zinc and copper compete for the same receptor sites, so it is possible if you take large amounts of zinc for a long period of time, then you may need to take a copper supplement, but we don't recommend taking them at the same time, due to this competitive nature. Zinc does not need to be taken with copper to improve its absorption, and our zinc is highly absorbable and also incredibly gentle on your digestive tract; so much so that you can even take it on an empty stomach, unlike many other forms of zinc. The label does NOT say non-gmo I would also question whether the ingredients are SOURCED from china, maybe the manufacturer can reply.

When I was researching zinc supplements, what made me choose this one was learning that the chelated form is easier to absorb. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I’m not sure but zinc and lead are found together in nature and are mined together along with other metals so I’m guessing there is always the possibility of some lead being with the zinc.
