So the total serving (two gummies per day) of both Magnesium Citrate & Magnesium Oxide adds up to 165 mg. How the two different compounds are distributed is not mentioned and is beyond me. I'm just quoting the product label. Here is how I'll address your question concerning percentages. According to the label at the suggested serving size of two gummies per day provides adults with 40% (fourty percent) of the recommended daily values for Magnesium based on a 2000 calorie per day diet.
