Answer:	My understanding in that this can be from the chlorine since this is made with magnesium chloride. You can take a bath with epsom salt, which is magnesium sulfate, which won't sting at all. Question:	Does this work the same as a magnesium supplement pill? Does it get into the system
Answer:	I am not too sure about getting it into the system because this is to be applied topically i.e. on the skin. Not supposed to be taken orally. I usually use it for muscle tightness around the neck and it works pretty well. If you are looking for oral supplement then I take Magnesium citrate (NOT oxide), 200mg (2X or 3X a day as your requirement) and has shown good reduction in my migraine intensity. Please take medical professional's opinion before trying any supplement.
Question:	Do you really have to wash this off after 20 minutes? Why would you
Answer:	Leaving it on for 20 minutes gives your body a chance to absorb the magnesium. I leave it on and have no problems. I've recommended it to many people and most do okay, but there have been a few with sensitive skin who do better if they wash it off after 20-30 minutes, instead of waiting till the next time they bathe. If you have dry skin, I recommend putting a moisturizer on after you wash it off. It feels a little oily when you first apply it, but after it dries it makes your skin feel grubby, so that is another reason that some people wash it off.

Answer:	I may be wrong but if this is MgCl2(H2O)6 then the molecular weight is 203.3 grams per mole and 203.3 g would contain 24.3 g from magnesium itself. So if 4 sprays are 66 mg of magnesium that would have a total weight of 552.2 mg. So 237 ml would roughly be 237 grams which would contain 28.3 grams of magnesium. 28.3 grams would be 28300 mg which divided by 66 mg gives 428. So the container would give 428 times 4 sprays which is about 1700 sprays. This could be completely wrong if the formula is different or I've made some gaping error, its been a while since I've done any chemistry but it was irritating to me to not know how long this container would last lol. Answer:	OSHA formerly had a TWA limit of 0.1 mg/m3 for mercury (including vapor). The ACGIH recommends a TLV-TWA of 0.05 mg/m3 for mercury vapor, measured as mercury, and a skin notation. NIOSH has a REL of 0.05 mg/m3 as an 8-hour TWA. 10ppm = 82.04 mg/m3 Primary routes of exposure are Inhalation and ingestion, ie DO NOT breath in the vapors from spraying.

Question:	Can this be used as a deodorant as some other magnesium products say they can
Answer:	Yes, it can be used as a deodorant and we have many, many customers using it for this specific reason. Some studies have even shown that low mangesium levels are associated with body odor.However, please keep these two things in mind:1) the armpits are MUCH MORE sensitive and may cause a burning/itching sensation. If you are low in magnesium, you will feel this more but it should get better over time. If the sensation doesn't go away then consider diluting it with water. Question:	Where is the most efficient place to spray it on the body to get the most benefits
