Answer:	Yes, 100% pure organic aloe juice exists commercially. Check out Lakewood brand aloe juice (they have several varieties) here on Amazon or at your local health food store (in the glass jar juice section.) The thing is, since there are no preservatives (or thickeners) of ANY kind, once a bottle is opened, it must be refrigerated and used with a week (or so), just as one must with any fruit or vegetable juice. For me, when using to drink, apply to skin after being in the sun, or using as hair conditioner, this is workable. For making homemade cosmetics, though, (such as mascara) I would use Aubrey Organics instead so that I wouldn't have to make a fresh batch as often.

Answer:	It doesn't have to be, but the bottle says "For best results, refrigerate after opening". I don't refrigerate mine :)

Answer:	I don't believe this alone would replace your moisturizer. I apply it first and then apply my moisturizer (which is a home recipe of good organic oils.) Astringent properties? I would say it's more of a pH balancer.

Answer:	We put it on as soon as we get a burn and it very rarely peels and rarely itches. For severe burns you may have to reapply a few times for maximum relief. You could reapply for itching as well. I also use this for kitchen burns its fabulous stuff!!
